Hello and happy Thursday! Today a former guest from ep #141 Thuy Jacobson, returns and is joined by her husband Dave. Tom will never forget the episode he had with Thuy, it had a true impact on Tom and his path. Post episode, Thuy sent Tom a text. Tom has not stopped thinking about an update episode with her since. But since that episode, what Thuy and her husband have endured could not have been predicted, which made for an amazing story and episode of Pro You Podcast. Happy Holidays, be safe, enjoy, and as always thanks for listening!

Moral: A moral (from Latin morālis) is a message that is conveyed or a lesson to be learned from a story or event. The moral may be left to the listener, reader, or viewer to determine for themselves, or may be explicitly encapsulated in a maxim.

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode of Pro You Podcast Tom shares some stories and what he's learned from them. It is a funky time of year for many, so Tom wants people to be prepared for the mental battles they may experience along their walk. A little distance helps with clarity. How to achieve that is what Tom shares. Lastly, Tom wants people to know one thing - all he wants is anyone to feel better. That's why he does what he does (especially this time of year!) Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!
