Hello and happy Thursday! Today Tom reads a fable from Thailand that he found to be brilliant in so many ways on his Pro You Podcast. Tom also shares scientific study that says something he is doing is good for him (and everyone!) shocker! And finally Tom ends with what he feels is one of his truest powers, not needing anything, which only took him 52 years to discover - might be some value in that. Hello, happy Thursday, and Happy Thanksgiving! On today's episode Tom shares two tests that are now in his hindsight and he can share the lesson he has learned so many times over. Two years ago on Thanksgiving, Tom trained CH and helped a friend struggling over a phone chat. He realized he had been thankful everyday. It is the way he healed the two years prior. On this particular "day", a Thursday, (Thanksgiving) he was so very thankful to have trained one of his best clients and friends and then helped another friend feel better. He also had food, shelter, and clothing. He worked out, felt great, all in that one special day. Tom realized he didn't need special food, around a special table, with certain people. He knew he could be alone. He also knew most people were being or trying to be, thankful on that one day out of the year. Tom knew in his heart how thankful he had been everyday of the past two years. The next day he decided to start the podcast. In March of the next year PYP began. Once again, Tom was ever so thankful. So Tom wanted to shout out a special THANK YOU to all the listeners for their support, their time, and their energy. "Tom gets to do what he loves!" Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode of Pro You Podcast Tom talks to his neighbor that lives below him in Hollywood. Kabir befriended Zen one day and that's all Tom needed to love Kabir! Kabir is a very busy dude and Tom has been trying to get him on the podcast for awhile. Kabir's story, like many on the podcast, is unlike any Tom has heard. Hello and happy Thursday! Today, Tom speaks on two topics: the first was a Sunday evening where Tom's old friend "the voice" pays him a visit. Second, Tom shares a letter a long time friend of Pro You Podcast, Bret Crews, who wrote on FB about the passing of his dog, Arthur. Tom struggles reading the letter, a lot. Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode of Pro You Podcast Tom shares his sadness and his anger with the recent events involving (#metoo) all the female victims of sexual harassment, assault, or worse and the men who do whatever they want because they can and how much pain and suffering those actions cause. Tom shares his personal experience with women who have been assaulted and how the pain, suffering, and length of it all has taken it's toll. Tom has always been Pro-Women and that's why he used to teach self defense for women, karate for kids - to fight back, defend oneself from bullies of all types! Yes, Tom has a very definitive opinion on Horrible Harvey and men like him. Tom's wish is that any victim of any type of violence from any type of bully OWNS the truth that it is NOT: their fault, NOT a negative thing they should be embarrassed about, NOT anything that haunts them for years, decades out of fear of not sharing or getting help, or WHEN they do share it, it does NOT affect their career. Bad people do bad things to good people. It is not about you, the victim, it's NOT your fault. Envision Tom crying right now. Yeah, it's very real to Tom. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!
