On Episode #13 the Pro You boyz delve into the importance of posture, movement and alignment for one's body. Then they get into some listener questions. Along the way a very appreciative Pro You Podcast listener, Christine (living with Hashimoto's disease) stops Tom and John mid sentence as they read her email. Within that email Christine teaches us all about perspective, being aware and what being Pro You truly means. There was an automatic sense of kindred spirits & here's to hoping it resonates with some & starts a conversation with others - our unified hope & intention. Enjoy!
