Hello and happy Thursday! It's. Getting. Real. Up in here people! #lol Tom walks the earth, has experiences and then shares those experiences with the ones he cares about the most - you, the PYP listener! Tom felt great at the end of 2019  - yet he made some Pro You choices (that came very easy for him to do) not expecting a physical change. Tom did feel a change in frequency, in energy. Tom does not take credit for it, it was not designed for these things to occur in January of 2020, but... they did! Embracing the quiet, and he has had a lot of it, Tom shares how he can tell he has benefitted from 'embracing the quiet' along his Pro You path, the new energy he feels and his new experiences at Rincon! Hello and happy Thursday! Seasons in life: the things that ebb and flow - that's what Tom is sharing on today's episode of his Pro You Podcast. More and more all Tom is saying is that it is all about 'how one responds' and this is especially true with the seasons of life  that one will encounter over their lifetime. Many not chosen, nor written down, nor welcomed. Still, one must deal, mange, cope, and eventually overcome what lies in front of them along their Pro You Path.., or not. Hello and happy Thursday! Another day in the Pro You neighborhood and Tom is still reflecting. With time still at his disposal, Tom is spending it at the beach and naturally reflecting. It's a different kind of reflecting; no worry, no angst, just pondering. With that comes clarity and a shift in one's perspective. Tom began doing things, not sure why as far as timing goes, but it was at the end of 2019 and there was a tangible shift mentally that Tom felt. He simply moved forward staying aware (and taking notes) of this shift. Tom then asked himself "Why do we do the things we do?" And thus, it became an episode of Tom's Pro You Podcast! Hello and happy Thursday! 2020 is happening people! Tom hopes all is well thus far along your Pro You Path! On today's episode, Tom shares a quote (or two, or seven!) that prompted the title of today's episode and a new mindset/tool for this coming year. Tom shares his two special holiday moments that he hasn't yet and the people he visited with that made his Christmas a little more special. It being a slower time of year, the amount Tom has reflected has increased. He has spent many moments at the beach pondering life. It always begins and ends with gratitude for all he has and all he gets to do. PYP is very special to Tom and thus, so are his listeners. Thank you, for being you! Hello - happy Thursday AND Happy 2020! A new year, a new decade and a new PYP! Tom is wishing everyone a healthy and happy New Year and hoping this finds all, in a good place mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Tom had a little more time during the holidays. More time to think and reflect. Although he did an episode reflecting on 2019 this episode came to Tom when he saw a quote asking what 2019 had taught someone. So Tom kept that thought and tried his best to define what lessons he learned over this past year. Tom encourages everyone to stop, reflect, journal and look back simply to see all that they got through and how courageous and strong they really were in lieu of how they felt at the time.
