Hello and happy Thursday! This was by no means a planned episode. Tom actually sat down with a full episode planned out on his dry erase board when he received an email; just a quick hello/how are you from a person Tom had not heard from since 2013. A year that was one of the most trying and challenging times for Tom. A woman who was a "Sunday Morning Message" email recipient had reached out to Tom who had stopped the Sunday Morning Messages and that simple email exchange Tom did not remember at all, but it affected him so much, it turned into a full episode. Tom was not excited nor comfortable deciding to read it on his Pro You Podcast but he simply felt someone might benefit from truly hearing where Tom was just 6 years ago vs where he is today "The best ever and has his own podcast!" Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom's favorite day of the week has become Thursday. Simply because his podcast comes out and he has been doing it for over four years now. No matter what; no matter who listens or how many listen, PYP is a huge part of Tom's Purple. Realizing, focusing on and being thankful for the blessings in our lives is being Pro You. It's what Tom refers to as the Purple in one's life; the things we are most thankful for. Sometimes we take our Purple for granted, "it will always be there" and we begin to focus on our Yellow: that which we have no say, nor control over and just thinking about it drains us. Tom refers to his Purple and his world; that which he focuses on and is most thankful for. All of that Purple building has grown stronger like a muscle would over time through consistency. That is what Tom is doing and saying on today's episode! Enjoy and as always thank you for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode of Pro You Podcast by tjd Tom shares about the fruits of his labor and why he shall continue doing what he is doing. There is very tangible evidence along Tom's Pro You Path to convince him to keep doing what he is doing. Many times in life people need to get sick and tired of being sick and tired (their bottom) before they deem themselves worthy of climbing back out - which is where all the feel good fruits of one's labor lie. Enjoy and as always thank you for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! First and foremost Tom wants all his listeners to know how much they are appreciated! Thank you, thank you and thank you for listening to Tom's little podcast - means the world to him! A quote Tom recently shared was "What defines us is how well we rise after falling" and he applied it to a few moments that he has experienced. Also, a cautionary tale of staying mindful of the things that are valuable to us. Lastly, Tom googled again! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Breaking News: Tom is still wonderfully flawed! Like all of us! Tom is undoubtedly the best he's ever been but that does not mean he doesn't feel funk, doesn't hear White Noise and doesn't judge or critique himself. He is just way better at responding to it all, not to say that Tom isn't thrown a few curve balls along the way. Tom shares Zen and his three days at the beach and what happened and how Tom responded. Spoiler: Remembering what is Important is what helps Tom choose his response. If any of you have questions, comments - anything at all you'd like to share please email Tom at: proyoupodcast@gmail.com! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!
