What began as a fitness podcast slowly became host Tom J Deters' verbal journal. Through sharing his journey and all the aspects of his life that he's "gone through", get real world examples in each episode of how to shift your perspective to reflect, grow, improve and work on yourself to create the "best version of you".

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom is 53 and the best he's ever been! Tom records this birthday episode on his actual birthday. He reflects on this past year: One year ago on his birthday Tom decided to embark on a spiritual journey with no clear idea of what that meant or where that path would lead. it is one of the things Tom is most thankful for is that if one goes back to earlier episodes, one can see Tom's path, his choices and what he has always stayed consistent at. The past year has been one of the best for Tom. His clarity on his life and choices is with more conviction than he's ever known. Tom is happy, thankful, and very humbled that his life and choices has led him to this path, this day, this moment and this episode where he can share what has changed whilst he walked his walk. Hello and happy Tuesday! One thing is missing on session four and it's the best thing of the Live Experience - Kyle! But, both Tom and Kyle were aware this week might be tough so "moving forward" and responding in a Pro You way, Kyle wrote a letter, Tom reads it, loves it and cries a little. Pretty standard on Tom's Pro You Podcast! Tom's love and admiration continues to grow during the Live Experience for Kyle as does Kyle and the better him! Enjoy and thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! It's true; Tom had put out 200 episodes and to celebrate he gat Sir Hardwick to be on his Pro You Podcast! Chris and Tom had just finished their workout when they record Tom's 200th episode of his Pro You Podcast. Tom asks Chris questions about his fitness journey and what he has learned. They have been together almost 13 years, three times a week every week that Chris is in town. Anyone who works out that long and that consistent must have some good nuggets to share and Sir Hardwick does not disappoint! Hello and happy Tuesday! Tom is loving himself some Live Experience with Kyle Clark! It is on the exact episode that we hear how loud Kyle's Voice is. Tom has raved about Kyle as a person, how hard he has worked and how much time and effort he is putting into himself #proyou. Yet, Kyle's voice found a moment to press down on Kyle and never really let go until Kyle showed up to Session 3. Hello and happy Tuesday! On today's Live Experience with Kyle Clark, Sir Kyle Clark comes in ready, willing, and able! Tom is so impressed with his work ethic, his commitment, his accountability to himself, and the time and energy he has chosen to put into him simply becoming a better version of himself. That's all - lol! Tom is thankful and humbled and it has only been two weeks! The 1st Live Experience on Fb received over 170 views so Kyle's following and support is very real. Hello and happy Tuesday! Tom is over the top excited that the Pro You Podcast Live Experience returns and continues! it is one of Tom's favorite things and one of the things he is most proud of. So to have the wonderful and amazing Kyle Clark (producer of Pro You Podcast for the last 2 years and a friend of Tom's as well) as the Live Experience 3 participant is complete and total icing on the cake that is Tom and the podcast right now. Kyle is a very talented person as a comic, a comedy writer, a producer, he has a podcast, just to list a few of the hats he wears. Kyle has worked incredibly hard, and Tom is highly aware, to have gotten this far and it humbles Tom to have that type of courage displayed for him and his listeners. Hello, happy Thursday and Happy third birthday to Pro You Podcast! Tom is over the top; proud, humbled, thankful, grateful, for everything his Pro You Podcast has brought him him and taught him. As well as the best and nicest listeners, who have all inspired Tom, allowed Tom to simply be and share himself, fully and they whom have shared themselves with him as well. Finally, to not just talk the talk on a fancy-smancy podcast but truly walk the walk as well, "My only goal; once a week, every week. Done." - tjd

His spiritual journey coming up on a year, Zen turning three right before the podcast, and Tom turning fifty-three the end of March, Tom has only thing thing to say - he's gonna keep doing him and he WILL be most thankful to keep getting what he's been getting along his Pro You Path! 
 
Tom shares a little on the Florida school shooting and he pulls something out from back when Columbine happened that he can barley get through. He shares his happiness with his podcast turning three but the Yin and Yang that comes with... everything. Some dude from England also makes Tom cry today. Pretty typical episode - lol! Lastly, Tom wanted to say #thankyouthankyouthankyou to ALL the listeners! "If someone had never listened to an episode of Pro You Podcast and they listened to this episode, #194, they would get 'me', the best me and maybe my best episode yet. I felt, good, when I finished.
