Hello and happy Thursday! It is here Pro You people - the end of 2019 and the start of a new decade is upon us! This is one of Tom's favorite episodes to record. He has enjoyed looking back and reflecting on the past year and then sharing his thoughts to you the listeners! Tom has discovered that he does a few kool/ Pro You things due to the podcast over the past four and a half years - win win! Tom was most happy with 2019 and how he did personally. Tom chats about that and more on today's episode of his Pro You Podcast. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Truth be told, Tom's not perfect - shocker! But facing this time of year and embracing your flaws and choosing to move forward is the Pro You path. Once again, easier stated and harder to apply! This is what Tom is talking about on today's episode of his Pro You Podcast as we wind down to the end of another year and decade. Tom is very, very thankful for his podcast and his listeners - especially this time of year. He is always thankful he has something to share 'because he's not perfect!' #lol
A big hug to all from Tom and Zen! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Getting close to the end of 2019 and a couple more episodes of PYP before it is the new year. Tom is busy as usual reflecting and researching why he does what he does and how can he translate that to help others who might be experiencing some of the same things. Being an empath, Tom feels a lot. Therefore it took Tom the majority of his life to come to the understanding that you can live above one's feelings. Enjoy!

Hello and happy Thursday! This being a challenging time of year Tom decided to find out why - so he Googled! The funny/kool thing is the second link to pop up was "PYP" from last year at this very time with an episode entitled, "A Challenging Time of Year" LOL! But it made Tom smile that something he created came up in a Goole search. Back to today's episode: The biggest problem lies within our unrealistic expectations for this time of year which lends to the increased frustration. Tom shares the answers he found Googling as well as some of his own. Enjoy and as always: thanks for listening!
