Hello and happy Thursday! It is the holiday season and expectations are high. Tom has always felt certain feelings during the holidays and really wanted to do an episode addressing how challenging this time of year can be. And not just for those who are alone or struggling with mental illness, everyone seems to be a little more stressed this time of year. So this episode is for those people and Tom's wish is that something he shares resonates or lands with some one in some way making their load a little lighter this holiday season. Enjoy and as always, thank you for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom has a lot to be thankful for, especially after the last episode and a clear bill of health. Today on Pro You Podcast Tom shares his experience with Thanksgiving and why it is so memorable to him, for not the reasons one would think. Four years ago Tom made the decision to start PYP, it was the Friday morning after Thanksgiving. Tom learns when one is in a good place things may come and go, they may change, but being the best version of oneself is the greatest gift you can deem yourself worthy of! Tom shares his unplanned Thanksgiving and an impromptu trip to Idyllwild. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode of PYP Tom continues his path of learning about himself and investigates what detachment/non attachment means and how it applies to one's life and walk. Tom often states the line, "Come to my well, buy the water I sell", what Tom is selling is that he has less of everything he had a year ago and he has never been better. It is clarity and perspective like this that causes Tom to deem himself worthy and continue to pursue his Pro You path of self discovery. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!
