Hello and happy Thursday! Zen turned four. PYP turned four. Now Tom turns fifty-four and he did a PYP episode about it! Tom took a true moment to stop, ponder and reflect on turning fifty-four and what it meant to him. When Tom decided to share it on PYP he chose to share what he was most proud of and what he has learned, reaching Level 54. One of the things Tom was most proud of and thankful for was PYP and his listeners! So extra special 'thank you, thank you and thank you' to all you listeners from Tom!!! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom is hoping this finds you healthy, happy and being the best you! On today's episode Tom continues sharing his walk, his path, his tests and his triumphs. February definitely had an affect on how deep Tom sat in his canoe. If you are a listener of PYPO you know what that means. Tom has always believed in it is not how you begin but how you finish, no matter what that entails. In Tom's most peaceful moments he realizes how small his world gets focusing on that which he truly can control and that which he truly cares about. A Pro You tool box is another fruit of one's labor along a Pro You path. One of Tom's best tools, one that makes him most present and centers him is when he focuses his time and energy on Zen, his best friend. Tom shares how that transcended into a great ending to February. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! This moment in time is what brings Tom the most joy and pride; his shinny baby, his live journal, his healing process, that which he is most thankful for, Pro You Podcast is four years old! just like Zen! Tom spent many years emailing out what he called 'Sunday Morning Messages' and then he played around many years ago with a friend and tried to record a few podcasts and that did not continue. Roughly six years later Tom had healed and had clarity in one area, he knew he wanted to do his podcast. It was the morning after Thanksgiving four years ago and in March of 2015 Tom posted his first PYP. That truly was his goal because he was highly aware of what he had just gone through and the contrasting amazing feeling he had and begin to build upon that pro You path. Thus, Tom was very thankful, what he had practiced. He was incredibly grateful, what he had practiced. And his conscious mind set was that every episode post Episode #1 was icing and he 'got to' do each one. A lot happened in those four years; rescuing & being rescued by Zen, both unscratched post their accident, Tom began to journal his path, his walk, and his experience. And that became his podcast. A big thank you, thank you and thank you to all who follow, listen, support and care about Tom (& Zen's) journey!!! Enjoy and a s always thanks for listening!
