Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode Tom's shares that since you 'Cannot stop what's coming' #nocountryforoldmen you can learn, grow and become better at how you respond to what's happening. Going through a week of stress (car repairs and $$$) can drain a person completely but learning how to manage those fears and feelings and choose a correct response is omnipotent along one's ProYou Path! As always thanks for listening and enjoy!

Hello and happy Thursday!

One would think, a podcast by a personal trainer focusing on nutrition as an obvious topic. One might also assume it would be an early episode of their podcast journey. But not Tom! #lol As a personal trainer Tom never wanted 'nutritional guidelines' to be to homework-like; ie. counting calories, grams of protein, carbs and sugars. At this point in Tom's life, many things look different and that is why Tom decided to share his thoughts on nutritional basics on today's episode of his Pro You Podcast - enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode Tom shares an amazing poem (and his first ever poem) that a friend and long time PYP listener wrote to Tom. Chris purchased a piece of Tom's Found Art and when Tom opened what he thought would be the payment and a 'thank you note' it turned out to be one of the most amazing things that Tom has ever read about PYP and what he has shared weekly for the past four years. A huge thank you to Chris Davis, Michigan's Pro You guy, the author of the poem. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode Tom continues to share his walk, his journey and the fruits of his Pro You labor. It was a simple moment, a small package, but what a moment it became and what a gift it became! Pretty special when you know you don't need anything but someone knows exactly what you do need. That is quite awesome and amazing and once again why Tom continues to do what he does, insuring he shall continue to receive that which he is receiving. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode of PYP by tjd Tom shares his story of being a personal trainer; how it evolved and how at one point in time it was all he was doing and due to his present state of mind, that is what he replied when asked what he did, "just a personal trainer...".
Tom understands why he answered the way he did and he is glad that he never quit, never stopped moving forward and never stopped his Pro You path - hindsight another reward of not giving up! Which becomes your strength, strength you would never have attained had you given up. Enjoy and as always thank you for listening!
