Hello and happy Thursday! It's true; Tom had put out 200 episodes and to celebrate he gat Sir Hardwick to be on his Pro You Podcast! Chris and Tom had just finished their workout when they record Tom's 200th episode of his Pro You Podcast. Tom asks Chris questions about his fitness journey and what he has learned. They have been together almost 13 years, three times a week every week that Chris is in town. Anyone who works out that long and that consistent must have some good nuggets to share and Sir Hardwick does not disappoint!
