Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode of Pro You Podcast Tom shares his thoughts on how long it has taken him to make small changes in his life. There seems to be a lot of self work and not enough time to consistently become the best version of you. So it is very unlikely that getting involved in other people's drama has any benefit for you or becoming abetter version of you. There is always a distinct disadvantage to viewing anything from the outside in. To not see the whole picture, to not know the truth, and put time and energy into it just to have an opinion... Hello and happy Tuesday! Another fantastic episode with the new and improved Sir Kyle Clark! Tom and Kyle sit and chat and then break in to Live Experience III Session 20 wkout #3 and it is awesome! Of course Kyle's voice drove him to Session 20 making hime more nervous than he was for wkout #1! But it did not take long for Kyle to impress himself and the feel good that began during Session 19 apparently is making a home in between Kyle's ears - YAY! Hello and happy Tuesday! It is a good day to be the host of Live Experience III Session 19! Kyle came in sportin' a little tab from 4th of July festivities and that was just the beginning of the good news #fruitsofhislabor that he shares with Tom on this episode of Pro You Podcast. It has been almost 5 months which was a shock to both Kyle and Tom and how fast time has gone by. Getting through the bad and doing his best is what Kyle has been doing. Hello and happy Thursday! What is up with control? Why's everyone want it? What do you get from it? Can we have control? A lot of questions but Tom does his best to answer these on today's episode of his Pro You Podcast. Tom has been repetitive about many things one being "control that which you can" and allow the rest to happen. A better YOU will handle what's coming; cannot stop what's coming. One thing was a good friend of Tom's was laid to rest, a 17 year old neighborhood dog named Rio that Tom fell in love with and "got to" say good bye to the day before. Hello and happy Tuesday! Tom has posted numerous times that Live Experience III Session 15 was one of his favorites; for the message that came out and that he got to experience it along with everyone else on FB Live. Tom had a feeling there had to be a continuation of that session and hopefully good would come of it. It did! Session 16 was as deep and as real as Session 15. There are times when a theme runs through Tom's life and what he shares. Slowing down as been his advice, his path and what he shares with Kyle on today's episode of PYP Live Experience. Once again Tom was so grateful for Kyle (for none of this magic would be happening without him!) and all he brings, every session. Hello and happy Tuesday! A pretty huge PYP and Live Experience moment happened during Session 15 with Kyle Clark and Tom. On the wake of Anthony Bourdain's passing and Kate Spade's as well, Tom shares what he had not planned on sharing and it seems to have been exactly what Kyle needed to hear; his energy shifted by the end and Tom felt it was one of the best moments he had experienced on a Live Experience Session.
