He will provide tools & concepts to help create a lifestyle that is about feeling better, being healthier & building confidence. Hello and happy Tuesday! Tom has posted numerous times that Live Experience III Session 15 was one of his favorites; for the message that came out and that he got to experience it along with everyone else on FB Live. Tom had a feeling there had to be a continuation of that session and hopefully good would come of it. It did! Session 16 was as deep and as real as Session 15. There are times when a theme runs through Tom's life and what he shares. Slowing down as been his advice, his path and what he shares with Kyle on today's episode of PYP Live Experience. Once again Tom was so grateful for Kyle (for none of this magic would be happening without him!) and all he brings, every session. And to the listeners, followers and fellow cheerleaders of Kyle's, Tom sends a huge thank you as well.

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom is in a good place, "He's not even trying". But Tom has placed his "time and energy" into himself and evolving into the best version he can be. He is experiencing feedback confirming that him just being "him" has created positive change. Tom shares some very kind and thoughtful moments he has experienced along his Pro You path of as late. Hello and happy Tuesday! A pretty huge PYP and Live Experience moment happened during Session 15 with Kyle Clark and Tom. On the wake of Anthony Bourdain's passing and Kate Spade's as well, Tom shares what he had not planned on sharing and it seems to have been exactly what Kyle needed to hear; his energy shifted by the end and Tom felt it was one of the best moments he had experienced on a Live Experience Session. Tom's wish is that this episode of PYP Live Experience would resonate with others and help anyone to ask for help. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Tuesday! Tom is very thankful for PYP, the Live Experience and Kyle Clark! Since Kyle's "Voice" was along for the ride to Session 14 it was a great time for Tom to well, do what Tom does and point out the Voice and he did! "If you are being Pro You and judging yourself, that is your problem" stated so many times by Tom and again in the Live Experience. Kyle is being as brilliant as one can be; mindful, accountable, consistent, open, thankful, and continually striving to be better - what more could anyone do? Hello and happy Thursday! Tom has been aware and mentioned certain times, phases as he calls them, where he looks back and sees that was a good period of time. As he grows, learns and changes so does the things he looks at and what he sees. Looking back, certain external things were good at different times, but if the space between the ears was not under control - how good was it? Hello and happy Tuesday! Today on the Live Experience Tom could tell right away there was some good energy about Kyle as he walked in to record PYP Live Experience III Session Seven. During Session SIx Tom gave Kyle homework of 'checking  Three Boxes' of workouts personalized for Kyle to get moving and thinking different. Well, it worked! Hello and happy Thursday! The funk was in the air, the Voice was loud and it wasn't just with Tom himself. A few of his clients had been experiencing the same type of feelings that were reoccurring in Tom's head. So Tom made a choice! A Pro You choice and although he didn't realize it at first, he went to find quiet. More quiet than he is accustomed to. With Tom's world being small, it is hard to imagine that he has to keep digging deeper, going deeper, to distance himself from his voice. Reflection in the quiet is what Tom found when he went searching for answers. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Tuesday! There was something in the air this past week; funk was everywhere! Since Tom and Kyle were feeling about the same, Tom did not think they needed to talk about what they have already chatted about. In the past couple days Tom has had the same conversation with a few people, saying the same thing, "we all know what we need to work on" and so when we aren't, that is our problem. And where our time and energy should go, not what we 'feel' it is. Tom hijacks this Live Experience and decides to put Kyle on a workout program to shake it up! Kyle is game! Hello and happy Thursday! Although Tom is healed, the best he's ever been and so thankful for all he gets to do and has, he still wants to be better. He wants to be a better version of himself. He was taught how to be hard on himself so it is very familiar. Balancing that fine line of pushing yourself patiently and with kindness is a tricky one, especially for Tom. He knows his passion lies in helping others and that's all he wants to do, but he still sees areas that need growth, areas he is not proud of and he is highly aware of how much he still has to learn. Hello and happy Thursday! Tom is 53 and the best he's ever been! Tom records this birthday episode on his actual birthday. He reflects on this past year: One year ago on his birthday Tom decided to embark on a spiritual journey with no clear idea of what that meant or where that path would lead. it is one of the things Tom is most thankful for is that if one goes back to earlier episodes, one can see Tom's path, his choices and what he has always stayed consistent at. The past year has been one of the best for Tom. His clarity on his life and choices is with more conviction than he's ever known. Tom is happy, thankful, and very humbled that his life and choices has led him to this path, this day, this moment and this episode where he can share what has changed whilst he walked his walk.
