He will provide tools & concepts to help create a lifestyle that is about feeling better, being healthier & building confidence. Not your typical Live Experience II Session... without Alister it is more of another solo-pod for Tom as he explains the unexpected events since Live Experience II Session 8. Tom knew Alister was uncomfortable but it is not up to Tom to make people comfortable, he wants them to get comfortable being uncomfortable because when "In the Cocoon" that is where uncomfortableness & growth go hand in hand.
