Hello and happy Thursday! Tom explains what's behind the title and where it came from. The title and a pretty amazing story happened the day before Tom recorded this episode. So it's a full episode of Tom's experiences and they all seem to end 'good' (wink-wink). Personal growth is quiet and a reminder of the importance of focusing on what you can control. Lastly, Tom feels he is being very repetitive with the message that your life is on you and he continues as such. Anyone looking interested in online training message Tom!
