Hello and happy Thursday! It is the holiday season and expectations are high. Tom has always felt certain feelings during the holidays and really wanted to do an episode addressing how challenging this time of year can be. And not just for those who are alone or struggling with mental illness, everyone seems to be a little more stressed this time of year. So this episode is for those people and Tom's wish is that something he shares resonates or lands with some one in some way making their load a little lighter this holiday season. Hello and happy Thursday! Tom has a lot to be thankful for, especially after the last episode and a clear bill of health. Today on Pro You Podcast Tom shares his experience with Thanksgiving and why it is so memorable to him, for not the reasons one would think. Four years ago Tom made the decision to start PYP, it was the Friday morning after Thanksgiving. Tom learns when one is in a good place things may come and go, they may change, but being the best version of oneself is the greatest gift you can deem yourself worthy of! Tom often states the line, "Come to my well, buy the water I sell", what Tom is selling is that he has less of everything he had a year ago and he has never been better. Hello and happy Thursday! Tom's journal continues with slowing down and looking at oneself in the mirror; reflecting. "If one does not like the reflection, change the image not the mirror." One of Tom's favorite quotes and why he often refers to himself as a mirror. Reflecting is not always a feel good thing but it is purple! Tom shares an early Saturday morning he did not have written down and how aware he was of how he was choosing to respond, "Come to my well buy the water I sell!" The quiet is good! Hello and happy Thursday! Tom has quite the system of recording his PYP, it only took three years! #lol Tom has 3-4 episodes prerecorded waiting to be released in chronological order. On Thursday November 8th, Tom awoke to an email, a mass shooting and a forest fire. By the time went to record his newest episode, the wild fires had taken over and Tom's heart grew heavy. It is with a very somber tone that Tom shares this important message, one he is always sharing, "You cannot stop what's coming...".  Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Tuesday! Le' Butterfly that is Sir Kyle Clark entered the Zen Garden bright eyed, bushy tailed and glowing! Feeling better, looking better, yes he was! It is good to feel good. It is good to not be sick. It is good to be back! That is what happened on the Live Experience Session 37. But when Kyle and Tom entered Workout #6, it came to the surface that Sir Kyle had not eating enough; No fuel - No go go! It was another very real moment on the Pro You Podcast Live Experience and that is what they do - they keep it real! Kyle is sick, let's talk about that. Hello and happy Tuesday! On today's episode of the Live Experience magic and miracles continue! Tom has been so impressed and happy with how awesome Kyle is doing but Tom has not really seen Kyle spread his wings yet. Well today on episode 35, Kyle does! Kyle has some thoughts and ideas where he and Tom can take the Live Experience from this point on. Tom was besides himself; one due to sheer joy and the other, pride. Hello and happy Tuesday! *If you do not know, Live Experience is LIVE on Facebook every Friday morning at 10:30 am Pacific time. 
It's another great episode of Live Experience with Kyle Clark. Now, Kyle being the young butterfly is not always aware of how well he is doing because he is a 'newer' version of himself, albeit better, still unfamiliar. So Tom talks a lot #lol - it's what he does when he gets excited and wants to drive home a point; imprint into Kyle's mind, "You are STILL better than ever before no matter how you are feeling day to day." Tom also shares a few high school memories and his friends 'the pack' that needed to feel better about themselves. As we navigate our paths and discover is is not the path we intended it can become challenging, especially between the ears. Owning one's path can take a long time especially if one is discontent along that path. Daily, consistent work must be done to bring clarity and gratitude to one's path.
