On today's episode of Pro You Podcast, Tom shares his personal fitness journey. Seems that might have been a topic covered in one the first 127 episodes on a podcast like 'this'... but, this isn't really a fitness podcast nor is there any podcast like this, because there's no one like Tom - wonderfully flawed as he is. Now Tom would even state, that may or may not be a good thing - lol! Enjoy and as always thank you so very much for sharing your time and energy with Tom and his PYP!

Today's episode of Pro You Podcast could've been named "Tom gets a tattoo. No, wait, three!" except Tom doesn't like long titles. But another story has been happening in Tom's life which started with a little gift he decided to get for himself which turned into, you guessed it - a story and now a Pro You Podcast episode! The tattoo artist is Jeremy Swan and his studio is Broken Art Tattoo. A big thank you to Jeremy for the tatts and just being him! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

On today's episode of Pro You Podcast a long time client, friend of Tom's and a friend of the podcast, Ms Erni Walker returns. Being Pro You; easier stated and much harder to execute. Why? Life, one's path, never a straight line. So here is a great story of becoming Pro You and staying there done quite brilliantly by this young soldier of a woman. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!
