What began as a fitness podcast slowly became host Tom J Deters' verbal journal. Through sharing his journey and all the aspects of his life that he's "gone through", get real world examples in each episode of how to shift your perspective to reflect, grow, improve and work on yourself to create the "best version of you".

Alister and Tom are becoming good friends and the bond between their dogs is affecting everything and Tom is loving it! Alister is a great person for the Live Experience simply because of his courage to share, his desire to learn and grow, and to do it in front of everyone. Yes, it is back and yes Tom is stoked!

Pro You Podcast Live Experience has returned! Tom ran into Alister Konrath walking their 'pitbull mix' dogs; Wu & Zen (one of many things in common) and then Tom discovered Alister was from Minnesota and pursuing his dream. Alister and Tom became quick friends. Alister will be on PYP Ep #135 and during their whirlwind bro-mance Tom became highly aware of why they were in each other's lives: Season, Reason or Lifetime and Boom - he's the Live Experience II guest star! Many "moons" ago Tom met a wonderful person who at the time was CH's assistant, Monica Moon. Tom was immediately impressed with Monica although they had little interaction. After a stint in Germany Tom noticed via FB that Monica had returned to the states and took a shot on asking her to be a guest. She said yes!
