Hello and happy Thursday! It's been five days since Zen and Tom's accident and Tom has remained very introspective. Time has slowed and Tom is taking note. Nothing has changed, it's just that Tom has gained clarity. With that clarity he has chosen to continue to do him, just harder. Believe it or not Tom is even more thankful for his listeners. Enjoy and as always thank you for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's Pro You Podcast, Tom shares the most unbelievable story you will ever hear and that Tom and Zen have ever been through. Tom mentioned in his last episode of Pro You Podcast that he and Zen were headed up to Big Sur (a 5 hour drive). An hour into the drive, at 6:00 am in the morning, in total darkness, one of Tom's favorite quotes "You can't stop what's coming' literally came into play. Tom & Zen were struck by another car causing their own car to roll. Tom and Zen's life is changed forever. Tom is still trying to figure out how. This episode Tom recorded the very next morning, emotions raw, and so many things running through his head. He wanted his listeners to know he is very happy to be doing another episode and so very thankful for everything and everyone who listens - just a little bit more than usual! Enjoy and as always thank you for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode of Pro You Podcast, Tom shares a listener's response to a PYP episode where Tom shared a weakness of his. Tom then shares stories of Harvey, Irma, and how he has been personally affected by these and the forest fires in California. There seems to be a lot of bad happening and still to come (as when he recorded this episode) for many, many people, and Tom shares how he remains thankful, in the purple, and continues to live and learn. Tom ends this episode with another unplanned "add-on" and reads things that tugged on his heart strings. The last one he barley makes it through. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday Pro You People! On today's episode Tom shares some quotes he likes. A quote that has always humbled him, a new quote that has become his mantra (He's never really had a mantra before so one more unfamiliar thing!), and a moment that Tom struggles to share due to his less than Pro You actions. All of this and the fact that every thing changes 24 hours later, on Tuesday, along Tom's Pro You Path. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode of Pro You Podcast, Tom shares a theme that has been a topic as of late for him and his clients. He reiterates that he feels most people just need confirmation they're "ok". They just need to stay out of their own way (and head). Tom also reads some old stories he collected and is still affected by. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

But thinking makes it so. Yes, Shakespeare, my Pro You People, Shakespeare! That's how Tom is rolling on today's episode of Pro You Podcast. One of Tom's favorite quotes (next to "What you can be you must be." - Abraham Maslow). He has been trying to walk his Pro You Path with "nothing is good or bad, only thinking makes it so." and Tom is proving it true everyday in every way. It is a battle. It takes a very long time. And that is exactly why 1.) Tom does what he does 2.) why he is repetitive and 3.) what he is trying to get people to buy into, embrace, and OWN by deeming themselves worthy of whatever it takes! If one pretended that everything that happened was planned, imagine the time and energy saved from not wondering, worrying, and just being present in your life's Pro You path.  You could move forward efficiently and purposefully.

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's Pro You Podcast, Tom shares the potential of what can happen in just one day. Along his spiritual path, he has noticed that balancing "how am I doing" is the consistent test. Tom has always been hard on himself. (He was taught well.) Thus, a fine line is drawn between pursuing a better you (patiently and lovingly supportive) and judging or critiquing oneself because that is what is familiar. Tom then shares two moments, two days that changed his life for ever. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening.

Hello and happy Thursday! Today on Pro You Podcast Tom shares somewhat of a epiphany he had involving the podcast and his listeners while recording this episode. Tom shares three amazing emails from three amazing listeners. Then Tom shares his response to each of the emails and how grateful he is to be doing what he is doing. Tom has also been discovering how difficult it is for people to ask for help. This is the bridge Tom wishes to gap via his podcast - let the healing begin! Tom is confidently convicted that this is exactly what he is supposed to be doing and he is thankful for all he gets to do. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

On today's episode of Pro You Podcast, hear part two of PYP Ep #161 "So this just happened" where Tom shares the story of what happened at the gym. Well this is the young man who made Tom cry, Sir Connor Coman. A wonderful young man whom before Ep #161 Tom only knew his name because he was also a trainer at the gym. The moment they shared was quite clear to Tom; he knew the why and what. But he was ever so intrigued to finally hear young Connor's perspective and Connor's story - both are as amazing as Tom expected! Enjoy and as always thank you for listening!

On today's episode of Pro You Podcast you will hear Tom more uncomfortable than ever before. And yes, he knew he would be. He recorded it in the evening which never happens. That should tell you something. "Be careful what you wish for," might be a good adage for this episode. Tom has simply stated he will pursue a spiritual path (not knowing what that fully means) and share his experience (report the news). But no one shares everything right? What if a moment happened, along a path you chose, that made you share something you never thought you would share with anyone else, let alone on a podcast. Welcome to Tom's Pro You Path and a moment he'll never forget. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

On today's episode of Pro You Podcast it's another solo-pod for Tom and he shares why he is so very thankful for everything in his life. Tom reads listener's iTunes comments and emails, which brings Tom to tears. Then Tom reads a letter by his niece, Tami's daughter, which brings him to tears. See any patterns forming? Continuing to peel the onion is Tom, that wonderfully flawed Pro You guy, just doing his best on his spiritual path in hopes that "sharing" continues to make his world go round and do what he "gets to" do! Enjoy and as always thank you for listening!

On today's episode of Pro You Podcast Tom shares his impromptu decision about today's topic and the epiphany he experienced while recording it. Tom has mentioned in the past what a profound affect his sister Tami's passing has had on him. This week marks the six year anniversary of Tami's passing and once again Tom gets overwhelmed with his dedication discovery. Tom cannot stress enough how vitally important it has been to his walk to have had the freedom and comfort with his listeners to share his deepest feelings and insights during this time in his life. As Tom always says "thank you, thank you and thank you!" Enjoy and, as always, thank you for listening!

On today's episode of Pro You Podcast, Tom concludes sharing the trials and tribulations of his newly founded spiritual path. He is humbled and grateful that he "gets to" live his life, experience all of it, and then share all of it as well. Once fear is faced, it is in your past. The one thing Tom knows is that he doesn't fear sharing what he shared because it's done! #winwin Enjoy and as always thank you for listening!

Hi. Tom just wanted to say that he, well... loves being him! Tom "gets to" do his Pro You Podcast. He "gets to" have amazing clients and guests(like Jonah Ray) and then he "gets to" have a m a z i n g guests referred to him like the one on today's episode, the one and only Comedian, Actor, and Biker - Dean Delray! Dean's story is great but what was most undeniably cool about Dean and what Tom noticed immediately was his perspective - true Pro You. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

After only 4 weeks of training, Tom felt Shane was "drinking the water" and would make a perfect guest at a perfect time with a perfect message and it happened! Here is part one of Tom's new favorite podcast episode and Shane's amazing story - Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Not your typical Live Experience II Session... without Alister it is more of another solo-pod for Tom as he explains the unexpected events since Live Experience II Session 8. Tom knew Alister was uncomfortable but it is not up to Tom to make people comfortable, he wants them to get comfortable being uncomfortable because when "In the Cocoon" that is where uncomfortableness & growth go hand in hand. Everything Tom has been sharing, people, his clients, life, are all proving his recent theories correct: everything happens as it should so let it happen, there is neither good nor bad only thinking makes it so & last but not least, Pro You choices; easily stated & harder top apply!  Enjoy & as always thanks for listening!
