Hello, happy Thursday and Happy Thanksgiving! It was an easy episode for Tom to record; 5 years ago on this very day, Tom decided to start his podcast. It was all simply based on how he healed and what his message would be - Be Thankful. Tom says it all the time and he knows being thankful has become a very strong muscle over the past few years. Now it's like a superpower. So to reiterate his message, here is how and why Tom began his Pro You Podcast. Hoping you enjoy your time and the people you're with today! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Although it may not be his best moment, Tom has been - and will continue to be - committed to 'walking the earth, having experiences and then sharing those experiences' whether they are good or not so good. Tom shares. It's what he does. As he does on today's episode of PYP. BUT he focuses on the positive, the wonderful part of him and his flaws, as he shares his story of "Taillights and Stress" and how he responded. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom learned a new word! Well, no, not exactly. Tom used a new word. That's not right either; Tom used a word FOR THE FIRST TIME. What's the big deal? Well, it was to Tom and that is exactly what he's sharing on today's episode of his Pro You Podcast. Tom has always stated, "Repetition yields peace, peace yields confidence, confidence yields hope, hope yields joy." Tom reached the final phase in 2019 at the age of 54.5. Tom is ever so committed to any and all in becoming the best version of themselves and feeling the joy they also so much deserve. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode Tom shares what he feels has been one of his biggest challenges but what has also helped him be a better version of himself as well; which is not being hard on himself. Many listening can relate, that 'Voice' always has something to say and it seems like it is always negative. None of us will ever stop growing and learning and none of us will ever be perfect. Embracing that and accepting that is vital along one's Pro You Path. Enjoy and as always thank you for listening!
