On the 100th episode of Pro You Podcast it's another solo-pod for Tom. Tom takes a look back on his journey with the podcast and reflects on what he has learned. In a recent quote from Vin Scully, "I have needed you far more than you have needed me." This sums up exactly how Tom feels and why he is so very thankful. He is thankful that he got to do 100 episodes and that people listened, participated, and shared. Energy was created – which was Tom's initial goal. Looking back, Tom realizes how much he has learned and grown. He feels, at this point in his journey, having the podcast was a huge help in his continued healing and his own continued path of self discovery.
