Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode Tom discusses a familiar theme mentioned many times on Pro You podcast. Tom is trying his best to follow his own advise when it comes to pushing oneself 'without critique or judgement' and yet allow for rest and recovery 'without guilt'. A challenge Tom and many others will face consistently even along a Pro You path. Tom continues to find things to share/read that he has collected over the years and he is amazed how much he still likes them yet he knows he feels different about each one than he did 20-30 years ago.
