Hello and happy Tuesday! There was something in the air this past week; funk was everywhere! Since Tom and Kyle were feeling about the same, Tom did not think they needed to talk about what they have already chatted about. In the past couple days Tom has had the same conversation with a few people, saying the same thing, "we all know what we need to work on" and so when we aren't, that is our problem. And where our time and energy should go, not what we 'feel' it is. Tom hijacks this Live Experience and decides to put Kyle on a workout program to shake it up! Kyle is game! As always, enjoy and thanks for listening!
