Moral: A moral (from Latin morālis) is a message that is conveyed or a lesson to be learned from a story or event. The moral may be left to the listener, reader, or viewer to determine for themselves, or may be explicitly encapsulated in a maxim.

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode of Pro You Podcast Tom shares some stories and what he's learned from them. It is a funky time of year for many, so Tom wants people to be prepared for the mental battles they may experience along their walk. A little distance helps with clarity. How to achieve that is what Tom shares. Lastly, Tom wants people to know one thing - all he wants is anyone to feel better. That's why he does what he does (especially this time of year!) Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!
