Hello and happy Thursday! Pyung Ahn; Peaceful Confidence. Yup, that's this episode's title and Tom's favorite phrase in Martial Arts. It also best describes Tom's current status along his Pro You Path and yes, it's April 2020 'The New Normal'. Tom wanted to document how he looked and felt on his PYP during this time specifically.
