Hello and happy Thursday! Tom is in a pretty good groove so to speak; sitting quite calmly in 'his canoe' and the best thing is that he is highly aware of that! One thing Tom shares is a couple of personal parenting moments he fell in love with this past week. Also, there is factual data that prove to Tom that Pro You thinking is becoming more and more an automatic response vs some habitual thing that was formed years ago. Being aware, being in the moment, being present are all things discussed by Tom on today's episode of Pro You. He shares his thoughts on adding new healthy habits and breaking the bad habits.
