Hello and happy Thursday! It is a different reality than it was just a short while ago. One's normal, one's comfort, one's familiar, are no more the reality we are facing on a global scale. That is a lot to think about when you want to record a podcast and you're not sure what your message is. That is what Tom experienced while thinking about and recording this episode. Tom even had to add on after recording this episode; he went to a near by store and was completely engulfed in panic shopping. Tom got out, got home and got back to being a better Tom, which he did and what he shares on this episode. Be well, stay focused on the present and take it "Day by Day/Moment by Moment" please!
