Hello and happy Thursday! Right off, Tom admits 'staying in the moment' and a past title - 'being present' - are fairly similar. But often Tom will hear someone say something a little different and it will resonate deeply with Tom. People search for 'tools' that resonate with their own personal journey. Staying in the moment was exactly how this episode came to be. So it was an easy decision to choose the title. These are all the steps one finds along their Pro You path of self discovery.
