Hello and happy Thursday! It is a big day for Tom; hitting the 5 year anniversary of his Pro You Podcast is a very proud moment for Tom. How much he has grown with PYP, how it has helped him heal, how it has helped him become the version of himself that he is today, and how the podcast has brought so many wonderful people/listeners into his life and onto his Pro You Path. Tom could not be more grateful than he is for the podcast, for all he has and is today. A big thank you shout out to CH for green lighting it 5 years ago and a big shout out to Niko, my wonderful producer that helped the Podcast and me get to year 5 smiling!
Thank you, thank you and thank you!!!
Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! It is the best start to a new year ever for Tom but that's not what he chose to share on today's episode - well a little - but not the focus. The focus became what was on Tom's heart since speaking at the Camarillo hospice. What he feels every time he is around Jim - "Loss" - and hence the title. Tom is still riding the wave of him being his best, and 2020 being the best, but more importantly is being present, not losing sight of what matters, and what matters are usually those things of the heart... what the heart feels the heart feels. So Tom wanted to address loss, types of loss, and getting through the grieving process. Not always the easiest, funnest or most comfortable, but Tom will share whatever he is currently experiencing no matter what; hoping the message lands/resonates with at least one listener. Then Tom will know he achieved his purpose. Enjoy and thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! It's a good time to be thankful (which Tom always is!) and it is a good time to be Tom! What a night, what a week, what a start to 2020! Tom has shared all of his journey thus far so he will share the good! Tom's share at the Camarillo hospice was magical and amazing and that was just the start of this Pro You week Tom had! Even more than normal Tom is full of gratitude for all he has, for his time at the hospice, for his new friend Jim and you, the listeners - thank you, thank you and thank you! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode of PYP Tom shares a little about being happy and having/achieving patience. Look out, Tom Googled and he's sharing! #lol Tom also became very aware of a shift that prompted an add-on to this episode and the next PYP episode's subject matter - stay tuned! Thank you, thank you and thank you for being the listeners of Tom's podcast - you are the ones he cares about the most! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode of Pro You Podcast Tom shares a little bit about the passing of Kobe and the affect it has had on him and Los Angeles. It is a huge reminder to enjoy what we have while we have it and Tom gets reinforcement on that exact point that he also shares. But the main thing he wanted to share is being in a place where one can identify and appreciate all the little things in one's life. These are the big things actually, that give color to one's Pro You Path. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! It's. Getting. Real. Up in here people! #lol Tom walks the earth, has experiences and then shares those experiences with the ones he cares about the most - you, the PYP listener! Tom felt great at the end of 2019 - yet he made some Pro You choices (that came very easy for him to do) not expecting a physical change. Tom did feel a change in frequency, in energy. Tom does not take credit for it, it was not designed for these things to occur in January of 2020, but... they did! Embracing the quiet, and he has had a lot of it, Tom shares how he can tell he has benefitted from 'embracing the quiet' along his Pro You path, the new energy he feels and his new experiences at Rincon! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Seasons in life: the things that ebb and flow - that's what Tom is sharing on today's episode of his Pro You Podcast. More and more all Tom is saying is that it is all about 'how one responds' and this is especially true with the seasons of life that one will encounter over their lifetime. Many not chosen, nor written down, nor welcomed. Still, one must deal, mange, cope, and eventually overcome what lies in front of them along their Pro You Path.., or not. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Another day in the Pro You neighborhood and Tom is still reflecting. With time still at his disposal, Tom is spending it at the beach and naturally reflecting. It's a different kind of reflecting; no worry, no angst, just pondering. With that comes clarity and a shift in one's perspective. Tom began doing things, not sure why as far as timing goes, but it was at the end of 2019 and there was a tangible shift mentally that Tom felt. He simply moved forward staying aware (and taking notes) of this shift. Tom then asked himself "Why do we do the things we do?" And thus, it became an episode of Tom's Pro You Podcast! Enjoy and as aways thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! 2020 is happening people! Tom hopes all is well thus far along your Pro You Path! On today's episode, Tom shares a quote (or two, or seven!) that prompted the title of today's episode and a new mindset/tool for this coming year. Tom shares his two special holiday moments that he hasn't yet and the people he visited with that made his Christmas a little more special. It being a slower time of year, the amount Tom has reflected has increased. He has spent many moments at the beach pondering life. It always begins and ends with gratitude for all he has and all he gets to do. PYP is very special to Tom and thus, so are his listeners. Thank you, for being you! Enjoy - and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello - happy Thursday AND Happy 2020! A new year, a new decade and a new PYP! Tom is wishing everyone a healthy and happy New Year and hoping this finds all, in a good place mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Tom had a little more time during the holidays. More time to think and reflect. Although he did an episode reflecting on 2019 this episode came to Tom when he saw a quote asking what 2019 had taught someone. So Tom kept that thought and tried his best to define what lessons he learned over this past year. Tom encourages everyone to stop, reflect, journal and look back simply to see all that they got through and how courageous and strong they really were in lieu of how they felt at the time. Enjoy, and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! It is here Pro You people - the end of 2019 and the start of a new decade is upon us! This is one of Tom's favorite episodes to record. He has enjoyed looking back and reflecting on the past year and then sharing his thoughts to you the listeners! Tom has discovered that he does a few kool/ Pro You things due to the podcast over the past four and a half years - win win! Tom was most happy with 2019 and how he did personally. Tom chats about that and more on today's episode of his Pro You Podcast. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Getting close to the end of 2019 and a couple more episodes of PYP before it is the new year. Tom is busy as usual reflecting and researching why he does what he does and how can he translate that to help others who might be experiencing some of the same things. Being an empath, Tom feels a lot. Therefore it took Tom the majority of his life to come to the understanding that you can live above one's feelings. Enjoy!

Hello and happy Thursday! This being a challenging time of year Tom decided to find out why - so he Googled! The funny/kool thing is the second link to pop up was "PYP" from last year at this very time with an episode entitled, "A Challenging Time of Year" LOL! But it made Tom smile that something he created came up in a Goole search. Back to today's episode: The biggest problem lies within our unrealistic expectations for this time of year which lends to the increased frustration. Tom shares the answers he found Googling as well as some of his own. Enjoy and as always: thanks for listening!

Hello, happy Thursday and Happy Thanksgiving! It was an easy episode for Tom to record; 5 years ago on this very day, Tom decided to start his podcast. It was all simply based on how he healed and what his message would be - Be Thankful. Tom says it all the time and he knows being thankful has become a very strong muscle over the past few years. Now it's like a superpower. So to reiterate his message, here is how and why Tom began his Pro You Podcast. Hoping you enjoy your time and the people you're with today! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Although it may not be his best moment, Tom has been - and will continue to be - committed to 'walking the earth, having experiences and then sharing those experiences' whether they are good or not so good. Tom shares. It's what he does. As he does on today's episode of PYP. BUT he focuses on the positive, the wonderful part of him and his flaws, as he shares his story of "Taillights and Stress" and how he responded. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom learned a new word! Well, no, not exactly. Tom used a new word. That's not right either; Tom used a word FOR THE FIRST TIME. What's the big deal? Well, it was to Tom and that is exactly what he's sharing on today's episode of his Pro You Podcast. Tom has always stated, "Repetition yields peace, peace yields confidence, confidence yields hope, hope yields joy." Tom reached the final phase in 2019 at the age of 54.5. Tom is ever so committed to any and all in becoming the best version of themselves and feeling the joy they also so much deserve. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode Tom shares what he feels has been one of his biggest challenges but what has also helped him be a better version of himself as well; which is not being hard on himself. Many listening can relate, that 'Voice' always has something to say and it seems like it is always negative. None of us will ever stop growing and learning and none of us will ever be perfect. Embracing that and accepting that is vital along one's Pro You Path. Enjoy and as always thank you for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode, Tom shares what he feels is a very common challenge for a lot of people - putting themselves first! Tom tries to explain that if you love someone then that person deserves the best you! So be selfish! Enough to become the best you! And no one close to you, that loves and supports you unconditionally will have a problem with any of your choices that help to get you here. As always, easier stated and much harder to apply and thus, why one needs to DEEM THEMSELVES WORTHY! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!
Happy Halloween!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom loves him some quotes! You can imagine how excited Tom was when he stumbled upon a list of Zen Quotes! Well, rest assured, Tom shares! He also shares some stories of victory - "How one deals with a test" and "Next Indicated Step" are a couple of the recurring themes/quotes that Tom has been experiencing along his Pro You Path. Zen goes to the Vet so you know Tom was being highly aware of everything! A great episode of Tom sharing success along his path! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom has heard the phrase "Everything lies within", in many forms, many times, over the years. As always, things come to you as they do; the gift of clarity! One may not know what they need to strive for exactly or work on exactly, but there will come a day along their Pro You path where a brighter light is seen to ensure one keeps walking it! Tom sees the good in people and it is then his mission to see their own good without judgement or critique - easier stated and much harder to apply. That being said, once a person achieves a certain level of growth they realize the reasons they feel better and are the best version of themselves has nothing to do with anything external. They found their good. They embraced their good. Now, their good is beginning to glow! The good that was always there, deep inside. This is exactly what Tom is seeing but with much greater clarity than ever before so - he's sharing! A big shout out to PYP's amazing producer Sir Niko Ketsilis who went above and beyond to help Tom out this past week - Niko is very appreciated! Lastly, Tom has "2020 CALENDARS" for sale! Found Art and Zen Calendars!!! Contact Tom for details! Enjoy and as always thank you for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode Tom talks about the 'seeds', or thoughts, we plant in our brain. The Purple is that since you feel better you plant better seeds that will make you a better you. Believing in that is omnipotent along one's Pro You Path and that is what Tom is talking about with his clients , himself and now he shares it on his Pro You Podcast. Tom is following his path hoping what he shares resonates with the ones he cares about the most - YOU! It is truly why Tom does what Tom does. Enjoy and as always thank you for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode Tom shares the one word that has had the most significant impact on his life, his walk and his Pro You Path: Thankful. Easiest answer for Tom; it is how he healed, what he vowed to continue to do after he healed and the one thing his message would surely contain as he began his podcast. Thankful. The fruits of his labor becoming very apparent and why he is the best version of himself and why he shares so you too can become the best version of YOU! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On this episode of PYP Tom takes on the big and scary word: Surrender. It took a long time for Tom to get to a point in his life when these are the things he is working on and the words he is trying to truly understand as it applies to his Pro You Path. The life lessons and definitions of words Tom is learning were very much worth the wait and why Tom is so very thankful everyday for what he has and what he 'gets to' do each and everyday. Deem yourself worthy of little things done consistently and you too can truly understand and embrace your Pro You Path! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!
