Hello and happy Thursday! Most people who listen to Tom's Pro You Podcast can tell you he's a crier, with certainty. There are a lot of labels out there but being a crier doesn't bother Tom. He has embraced it. As he is trying to do with all of whom he is, "Embrace, accept, learn, and grow" and this takes reflection.
