Hello and happy Thursday! Tom hopes this finds you healthy and happy. On today's episode, Tom shares his recent experience doing a nearby hiking trail called Runyon Canyon. Tom did it twice about a year ago and had the worst shin splints of his life - he's actually never had them before! So it was not something Tom was eager to try again; his good health has been his concern, not testing himself or retesting his body. But for some reason, Tom was moved to and what he did truly impressed him, he is not easily impressed with himself - lol! Tom is about to turn 53 and he is doing things differently and experiencing quite a Pro You path due to those choices.
