Hello and happy Thursday! Tom wants you to know first and foremost how much he is cheering you, the listeners, on and wanting you to know that you are the reason he does what he does - so thank you for being YOU! One of Tom's favorite quotes he has used with a few clients as of late is: "The mountain you are carrying you were only supposed to climb". So very true! Mental weight has tangible weight and can add up to a debilitating level if allowed. Stay mindful, stay aware, stay thankful are as always Pro You weapons of choice.
