Hello and happy Tuesday! The prodigal son returns! After a month or so of flying solo and navigating his Pro You path alone for the last month, Kyle returns and shares all of his holiday experience. Kyle went through a lot but very similar to what many people's holiday experience was like: a little hectic, a little stressed, not so Pro You and gained a couple pounds - sound familiar? Tom has shared that he is not a big fan of New Year's resolutions but that doesn't mean Tom isn't going to work on becoming a better version of himself, he is just continuing what he started a long time ago. Hello and happy Thursday! As 2018 rolls close to its end, Tom reflects on this past year and suggests everyone do it. Tom admits, never before had he come to the close of a year and stopped, reflected, wrote down, thought about, spoke or shared anything with anyone about the past year. Well, that has changed! And quite a year to 'get to' go through and grow through! Which Tom did #proyou.
