What began as a fitness podcast slowly became host Tom J Deters' verbal journal. Through sharing his journey and all the aspects of his life that he's "gone through", get real world examples in each episode of how to shift your perspective to reflect, grow, improve and work on yourself to create the "best version of you".

Hello and happy Tuesday! On today's wonderful episode of Live Experience III with Sir Kyle Clark Tom gets all emotional. As Kyle put it, "It's like a real episode of PYP" and maybe it was..? Hello and happy Tuesday! Although this episode doesn't get off to the best start #lol what Tom wished for, totally happened! Kyle and Tom watched, briefly, PYP Live Experience III Session 1 - YES, Session ONE! And seeing Kyle on Session One and to see Session 25 version of Kyle looking at and observing Session 1 version was priceless! Everything that Tom does is so people can learn what this episode displays; start, it will not be quick, fun or easy being in the "cocoon" but coming out a butterfly is priceless. Hello and happy Thursday! It's a great day to be alive and Tom is! He is glad to be alive and he is "still here" after his last three months of challenges. It's officially broken nose number nine. I'm still here has become part lesson and part mantra; I have handled all I needed to, I got through all I needed to and I learned all I needed to. Yay! Once the time passes, the clouds part, if one has been Pro You, the feel good is waiting with clarity and that is plenty good enough, at least for Tom it is. Hello and happy Tuesday! On today's Live Experience Kyle shows up and impresses Tom with his fourth workout on Facebook Live. Kyle has done his homework, he has been accountable and he has been consistent. Now that does not mean is has been a straight line, but it is quite obvious how well Kyle is doing when you listen to him on this episode and you watch him workout. Tom has always spoke about creating energy! Well, with the Live Experience and Kyle, Tom's energy cup is flowing over and he could not be more proud of or happy for Kyle! Hello and happy Thursday! What happens if Tom is in a funk? What happens when Tom is stuck in a funk? Being aware that you're handling things better, in the midst of a test, is not a wonderful feel good thing. That is why Tom always says 'mentally, manually', it takes work (time and energy) to switch your perspective especially whilst in a test. Tom shares his ongoing test and what has transpired since the last PYP. Tom shares for one reason and always has for that same reason; hoping it helps someone, anyone! Hello and happy Tuesday! It is another great day to be Kyle Clark. It is Session 22 of PYP's Live Experience III and the fruits of Kyle's labor, that became quite obvious a couple of weeks ago, are still thriving as Kyle goes back to work. Kyle's gone back to work before. Had vacation time before. And has made it through some tough times. But, he has never been this version of himself; he has never been this calm, comfortable, mindful and thankful as he is today on Session 22. The 'Voice' is still present and Tom addresses that.  Tom loves PYPt and the listeners - you!. He loves doing the podcast and doing the Live Experience. Tom could not be happier nor more proud than he is of Kyle and the version of himself that he is becoming. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode of Pro You Podcast Tom shares his thoughts on how long it has taken him to make small changes in his life. There seems to be a lot of self work and not enough time to consistently become the best version of you. So it is very unlikely that getting involved in other people's drama has any benefit for you or becoming abetter version of you. There is always a distinct disadvantage to viewing anything from the outside in. To not see the whole picture, to not know the truth, and put time and energy into it just to have an opinion... Hello and happy Tuesday! Another fantastic episode with the new and improved Sir Kyle Clark! Tom and Kyle sit and chat and then break in to Live Experience III Session 20 wkout #3 and it is awesome! Of course Kyle's voice drove him to Session 20 making hime more nervous than he was for wkout #1! But it did not take long for Kyle to impress himself and the feel good that began during Session 19 apparently is making a home in between Kyle's ears - YAY! Hello and happy Thursday! What is up with control? Why's everyone want it? What do you get from it? Can we have control? A lot of questions but Tom does his best to answer these on today's episode of his Pro You Podcast. Tom has been repetitive about many things one being "control that which you can" and allow the rest to happen. A better YOU will handle what's coming; cannot stop what's coming. One thing was a good friend of Tom's was laid to rest, a 17 year old neighborhood dog named Rio that Tom fell in love with and "got to" say good bye to the day before.
