On the 100th episode of Pro You Podcast it's another solo-pod for Tom. Tom takes a look back on his journey with the podcast and reflects on what he has learned. In a recent quote from Vin Scully, "I have needed you far more than you have needed me." This sums up exactly how Tom feels and why he is so very thankful. He is thankful that he got to do 100 episodes and that people listened, participated, and shared. Energy was created – which was Tom's initial goal. Looking back, Tom realizes how much he has learned and grown. He feels, at this point in his journey, having the podcast was a huge help in his continued healing and his own continued path of self discovery. To all those that have listened and shared your time and energy with Pro You Podcast: A sincere and heartfelt thank you, thank you, and thank you...

The Live Experience consistently keeps Tom's voice at bay; every time Michael leaves, Tom is thankful, happy, and feels he is doing exactly what he is supposed to be doing. He is content and very grateful for this entire situation. If anyone pursues a better them, they will find a way, they will discover new and wonderful things about themselves (as well as encountering some unplanned things that aren't so warm and fuzzy.) Enjoy & as always thanks for listening!

On the 98th episode (getting close to 100!) of Pro You Podcast we find Tom exploring another solo podcast on using tools to be a better 'you' (Pro You) & one of his favorite is using the line "Where is the bad?" when one is in a funk. No matter how one hears it, most have to keep on hearing it in one form or another, over & over... which Tom does well. As always enjoy & thanks for listening!

Michael makes Tom cry. Not a whole lot more you need to know...

But...guess what? Michael's voice hasn't left! In case you were curious. This time it was via 'reddit' & someone else's before & after photo that made Michael want to do 'things' that Tom slowly pointed out were not Pro You & re-aligned Michael's thinking to focus on that which he has & not that which others have. Enjoy & as always thank you for listening!

Phil Catudal, a fellow trainer at Tom's gym, is the special guest on today's Pro You Podcast Ep #96. "With whom much is given, much is expected" is a great quote that Phil seems to have walked along his life's path. Tom was truly impressed by Phil's story, perspective & humility. Enjoy & as always thank you for listening!

Wikipedia says:
The Suda, a 10th-century encyclopedia of Greek knowledge, says: "the proverb is applied to those whose boasts exceed what they are", and that "know thyself" is a warning to pay no attention to the opinion of the multitude. Plato employs the maxim 'Know Thyself' extensively by having the character of Socrates use it to motivate his dialogues. Plato makes it clear that Socrates is referring to a long-established wisdom.
On today's Pro You Podcast Episode #94 it's another 'Tom-Solo' pod #thanxronan as Tom discusses knowing oneself; how he has pursued it & the benefits of that pursuit. Tom shares 'time & energy' with a couple young (millennia) trainers & loves that time. Sharing what he does & listening to what they share has been a real teaching/learning exercise; moments of growth & gratitude. Enjoy & as always, thank you for your time & energy!

On today's episode of Pro You Podcast Tom believes Michael is starting to turn the corner here on the 15th session of the Live Experience. It has been 4 weeks since the dreaded 'foto' & the voice has consumed the live experience. As in life, distance creates clarity & Michael is beginning to see the bigger picture. Tom could not be happier or more proud. Enjoy & thanx for listening!

A wonderful referral from Tom's favorite couple (Jonah Ray & Deanna), Derek Mears is Toms' special guest on today's Pro You Podcast. Turns out Derek & Tom are 'brothers from another mother' & Tom gets quite excited about all the similarities. After recording they discuss one of the biggest similarities, their relationship with their fathers (next time!), it is quite evident how much Tom immediately likes & respects Derek & his overall intention 'to play'. Enjoy & thank you for listening!
