Hello and happy Tuesday! Today on the Live Experience Tom could tell right away there was some good energy about Kyle as he walked in to record PYP Live Experience III Session Seven. During Session SIx Tom gave Kyle homework of 'checking  Three Boxes' of workouts personalized for Kyle to get moving and thinking different. Well, it worked! That was the feel good energy Tom felt and Kyle was putting out; doing for YOU feels good! Thanks for following, supporting and cheering on Kyle, it is very appreciated!
