Hello and happy Thursday! Tom's favorite day of the week has become Thursday. Simply because his podcast comes out and he has been doing it for over four years now. No matter what; no matter who listens or how many listen, PYP is a huge part of Tom's Purple. Realizing, focusing on and being thankful for the blessings in our lives is being Pro You. It's what Tom refers to as the Purple in one's life; the things we are most thankful for. Sometimes we take our Purple for granted, "it will always be there" and we begin to focus on our Yellow: that which we have no say, nor control over and just thinking about it drains us. Tom refers to his Purple and his world; that which he focuses on and is most thankful for. All of that Purple building has grown stronger like a muscle would over time through consistency. That is what Tom is doing and saying on today's episode! Enjoy and as always thank you for listening!
