Through sharing his journey and all the aspects of his life that he's "gone through", get real world examples in each episode of how to shift your perspective to reflect, grow, improve and work on yourself to create the "best version of you".

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom was stuck for a moment; he needed to share a message but wasn't sure of the exact message. So he waited. He waited to record an episode that spoke to what he was seeing and hearing from people. Tom took some time off and he wanted to share that experience but deep inside he knew there was a message waiting to be shared if he allowed it to come to him and it did. Which was new and kool all in itself! Tom truly wishes, hopes, that others will experience what he is experiencing, will enjoy what he is enjoying and will be thankful as much as he is and thus receive the fruits of that labor as Tom has. Hello and happy Thursday! When it comes to being around Tom's good friend and client Scott Mosier, Tom is a sponge. He is loving being back in Scott's life and they are definitely vibrating on the same frequency. Tom is more present than ever and is learning the huge benefit to staying there. There isn't comparison, reference, looking back or looking forward - j u s t   n o w . Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode of PYP, Tom shares his two out of body moments that his dear friend, and client, Scott dubbed being 'Present' - hence this week's title. Tom shares that moment with him also being commissioned to build a cross which Tom absolutely loved doing and it was a total success. Tom gets a little emotional and he spontaneously comes up with a letter that the 55 year old Tom would write to the 15 year old Tom. It is a very good time to be Tom and he is as always, most thankful! Hello and happy Thursday! This is the third or fourth time Tom began listening to the episode so he could record the intro and wound up listening to almost the entire episode. But this time was different. Tom touches on something he thought might be a splash opinionated or it could make someone feel uncomfortable, so Tom listened a little more intuitively this time. Joy. That is what Tom felt as he was listening: Tom likes his own podcast! And he concurred, agreed with and liked everything he shared. That's pretty huge after five years of recording and three hundred and fifty-three episodes. It's a good time to be Tom and he... is most thankful! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! It's a good time to be Tom. That's a fact, but it is not easy for Tom to feel so good and to share it. It's actually quite unfamiliar for Tom to be this good anyways yet alone with all that is happening in the world. But Tom has stated when PYP became his journal: I'll walk the earth, have experiences and share those experiences and that's when the podcast became easier for Tom. What he did not foresee was doing so well and wondering if he should share how well he is doing. Again, unfamiliar. Well Tom has never swayed from being him, or his path, so once again Tom is keeping it real and sharing. What he is experiencing and feeling is a sense of true purpose which fills him with joy, calms any noise between his ears and adds to his peaceful Pro You path. Yes, it is getting better to be Tom and he loves it. A special shout-out and thanks to all those in Tom's inner-circle and you know who you are. HUGE hugz to his tribe! In almost every episode Tom mentions "little things done consistently" - this started out as a little thing: one episode. It is a good time to be Tom and he is sharing his message - his Kool-Aid - to anyone who wants to listen. March, April, May of 2020 are the best months of Tom's life. Hello and happy Thursday! The title is not a 'yellow thing' it's a 'Purple Thang!' More and more Tom realizes that he cannot compare his path to anyone's simply because there is no one doing what he is doing especially where he is living. Tom makes clear he is not tooting his own horn. He is pointing out the dichotomy of him up until forty-eight years of age and being fifty-five. Tom's world is small, he made it that way and he keeps it that way. Him not fitting in is what Tom is embracing in a new and profound way, as he never has before. It is what makes Tom special, as it does all of us. Tom goes deep and shares things he's never shared before. Even Tom wasn't sure of the why to this episode but there is not much Tom filters; when it's time, it's time. Move forward. Repeat.

The title of today's episode is a quote Tom heard about two years ago and he loved it. What he is learning is that the process, like all things, takes time, and that's what Tom was doing; spending his time wisely while the new vibe became 'his' vibe. Tom never wanted a lot of clients just people he can positively affect. That is what brings joy to Tom's world. Hello and happy Thursday! Tom is in celebration mode and that may sound a bit unusual due to the pre-existing new normal, but nonetheless, it's true! Tom's first guest in awhile, PYP producer Niko was a great moment for Tom and his PYP. It did not stop there - Tom did another guest, with one more scheduled, and they feel like celebrations. Tom gives a little update on his world and how he is continuing to navigate his Pro You path amidst the new normal. It almost feels weird, for lack of a better word, talking about how good some are doing in lieu of what's going on around us all. Hello and happy Thursday! Tom openly admitted to not being this excited about the podcast in awhile. The thought of guests, and not having them, was a turning point in PYP for Tom; "Tom-Solo Pods" had begun. Tom found his voice, purpose and 'walked the earth'. Until the new normal! Technology is a wonderful thing - and especially now - so with that Tom decided to try and have a voice chat and record it. Everything moved fast and before Tom knew it he was chatting with his good friend and PYP's producer "Niko Ketsilis" who Tom has mentioned numerous times on the podcast, online and recording it! Hello and happy Thursday! It is a different reality than it was just a short while ago. One's normal, one's comfort, one's familiar, are no more the reality we are facing on a global scale. That is a lot to think about when you want to record a podcast and you're not sure what your message is. That is what Tom experienced while thinking about and recording this episode. Tom even had to add on after recording this episode; he went to a near by store and was completely engulfed in panic shopping. Tom got out, got home and got back to being a better Tom, which he did and what he shares on this episode. Be well, stay focused on the present and take it "Day by Day/Moment by Moment" please! Learning about oneself can be rewarding and also very draining. To be aware of what's happening, aware of how you would've responded automatically in the past and now, in the moment, how you are choosing to respond. All good. All positive. All Pro You growth. How much he has grown with PYP, how it has helped him heal, how it has helped him become the version of himself that he is today, and how the podcast has brought so many wonderful people/listeners into his life and onto his Pro You Path. Tom could not be more grateful than he is for the podcast, for all he has and is today. Hello and happy Thursday! It is the best start to a new year ever for Tom but that's not what he chose to share on today's episode - well a little - but not the focus. The focus became what was on Tom's heart since speaking at the Camarillo hospice. What he feels every time he is around Jim - "Loss" - and hence the title. Tom is still riding the wave of him being his best, and 2020 being the best, but more importantly is being present, not losing sight of what matters, and what matters are usually those things of the heart... what the heart feels the heart feels. So Tom wanted to address loss, types of loss, and getting through the grieving process. Not always the easiest, funnest or most comfortable, but Tom will share whatever he is currently experiencing no matter what; hoping the message lands/resonates with at least one listener. Then Tom will know he achieved his purpose. Enjoy and thanks for listening!

Tom felt great at the end of 2019  - yet he made some Pro You choices (that came very easy for him to do) not expecting a physical change. Tom did feel a change in frequency, in energy. Tom does not take credit for it, it was not designed for these things to occur in January of 2020, but... they did!
