Hello and happy Thursday! Tom wanted to say he hopes you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Tom's journey continues as he highlights the power of now. Every episode ends with a Pro You Moment, where Tom asks that you connect your mind and body making you present; in the right now. Not familiar or comfortable as with slowing down, stopping, reflecting, staying present is definitely a challenge. But once again, as Tom always says, "You are worth it!" Hello and happy Thursday! Tom's journal continues with slowing down and looking at oneself in the mirror; reflecting. "If one does not like the reflection, change the image not the mirror." One of Tom's favorite quotes and why he often refers to himself as a mirror. Reflecting is not always a feel good thing but it is purple! Tom shares an early Saturday morning he did not have written down and how aware he was of how he was choosing to respond, "Come to my well buy the water I sell!" The quiet is good! Hello and happy Tuesday! On today's episode of Live Experience Tom is very curious to how Kyle felt post his last workout and the lesson he learned during it. It has been a little longer of a week due to Tom blowing off Kyle and his re-scheduled Session #lol but they met on a sunny Sunday afternoon and keeping Kyle on the Path of believing in all his good is and will continue to be Tom's mission! Hello and happy Thursday! Tom has quite the system of recording his PYP, it only took three years! #lol Tom has 3-4 episodes prerecorded waiting to be released in chronological order. On Thursday November 8th, Tom awoke to an email, a mass shooting and a forest fire. By the time went to record his newest episode, the wild fires had taken over and Tom's heart grew heavy. It is with a very somber tone that Tom shares this important message, one he is always sharing, "You cannot stop what's coming...".  Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Tuesday! Le' Butterfly that is Sir Kyle Clark entered the Zen Garden bright eyed, bushy tailed and glowing! Feeling better, looking better, yes he was! It is good to feel good. It is good to not be sick. It is good to be back! That is what happened on the Live Experience Session 37. But when Kyle and Tom entered Workout #6, it came to the surface that Sir Kyle had not eating enough; No fuel - No go go! It was another very real moment on the Pro You Podcast Live Experience and that is what they do - they keep it real! Kyle is sick, let's talk about that. Hello and happy Thursday! Tom continues his journey, his walk, his Pro You path. As well, he continues to learn that which he deems valuable. If his claim is "Come to his well and buy the water he sells (for free)" it best have some value. What scares most people is the same thing that scared Tom, in the past. The quiet, the slow, the alone, the... 'time', one is given and what to do and how to deal??? And here Tom is comfortable, confident and convicted enjoying the quiet, the slow, the solitude. Kyle slowly walks in to what was going to be Session 36 and Workout #6 not feeling a 100%. So what did Kyle and Tom do..? What is Pro You of course!
