Hello and happy Thursday! On today's Pro You Podcast, Tom shares the potential of what can happen in just one day. Along his spiritual path, he has noticed that balancing "how am I doing" is the consistent test. Tom has always been hard on himself. (He was taught well.) Thus, a fine line is drawn between pursuing a better you (patiently and lovingly supportive) and judging or critiquing oneself because that is what is familiar.
